Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If a school cancels or requests to reschedule a visit within 14 calendar days of the scheduled trip date, a cancellation or rescheduling fee of £50 will be applied. This fee is required to cover administrative time, staffing, and resource costs already committed to the delivery of the visit.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled visit date will not incur a fee.

Exceptions may be made in circumstances beyond the control of the school, such as extreme weather. In such cases, cancellation or rescheduling fees may be waived at the discretion of Earth Energy Education.
