In 2024, over 50 solar and 10 wind sites across England, Scotland, and Wales opened their gates to support skills development—and the programme is getting busier year on year as the 2030 ambition for a just transition becomes a reality. By working closely with sites local to our clients, we're reaching schools and engaging with communities at the heart of the energy transition. From classroom workshops to site visits, our programmes bring real-world renewable energy experiences to young people, helping to inspire the next generation of engineers, technicians, and sustainability champions.
